PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection/diagnostic method and system capable of detecting an abnormality at high sensitivity in an early stage in a facility such as a plant.;SOLUTION: Maintenance history information composed of past case examples such as operation history and replaced part information is mutually associated according to a keyword appearance frequency (context). When a sign of an abnormality is detected, a relevance with countermeasures such as part replacement, adjustment and re-launching is given, a diagnosis/measure to be made/taken for the generated abnormality is clarified so as to present operation instructions, by linking the detected abnormality with the associated maintenance history information based on an abnormality detection for an output signal of each multidimensional sensor provided in the facility.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
