PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for giving an incentive for a review contributor to write a review by giving a privilege to the review contributor in response to the utilization of a coupon added to the review.;SOLUTION: When a review contributor contributes a review from a contributor terminal 200, a review management server with coupon 100 adds a coupon to the review in accordance with an instruction inputted to a shop terminal 400 by a shop manager. A user who utilizes a user terminal 300 retrieves shops on the basis of the user's own review with a coupon utilization history, a location or time using the user terminal 300, a budget and the like and selects a review with a coupon while referring to reviews from reviews with coupons for the retrieved shops. When the selected review with a coupon is utilized by the user, the review management server with coupon 100 gives the privilege to the review contributor.
