METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HAND-WASH COUNTER, HAND-WASH COUNTER, LEG BODY FOR HAND-WASH SINK, AND HAND-WASH SINK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a counter with a washing basin made of cultured marble which is hardly deteriorated in strength due to aging of adhesive, and flexibly corresponds to a size change.;SOLUTION: A cultured marble material is pressed to form an elongated recessed body 21 whose substantially U-shaped cross section is continued in a longitudinal direction. The length between both ends of the elongated recessed body 21 is adjusted if necessary, and lid bodies 22, 22 are bonded and fixed to both of the ends to form the washing basin. The washing basin is boned and fixed to the peripheral margin of an opening 24a provided in a counter top 24 made of cultured marble. Upper ends of a counter front panel 25 and a right and left lateral panel 26, 26 which are made of cultured marble are bonded and fixed to a front side end and right and left lateral ends of the counter top 24 to form a counter 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
