CHLORINE BYPASS SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF CHLORINE BYPASS EXTRACTED GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat a chlorine bypass exhaust gas at low cost while avoiding increase of heat loss in a cement burning system and degradation of clinker production amount and while controlling the concentration of the contents of sulfur, organic material and chlorine or discharge of those outside a system.;SOLUTION: The chlorine bypass system 1 comprises: a probe 3 extracting a part of a combustion gas from a kiln exhaust gas channel from an inlet of a cement kiln 2 to the lowest stage cyclone; a dry dust collector 8 collecting dust D2 included in the extracted gas G1 extracted by the probe; and a device 11 removing and collecting the harmful components contained in the exhaust gas G3 after dust collection. A chlorine bypass rate can be heightened by feeding a cleaned extracted gas (exhaust gas G4) to the outlet side of an induction fan installed at the outlet side of a preheater attached to the cement kiln.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
