PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal, an uplink information prediction method and an uplink information prediction program using the same, capable of estimating communication quality in an uplink direction without connecting to a base station and reducing the load on the base station and a terminal required for quality estimation.SOLUTION: A radio communication terminal 100 capable of utilizing a plurality of radio communication methods includes a history database 110 which accumulates past peripheral environment information and uplink information for the past peripheral environment information, with the information at another terminal 200 included, and an uplink information prediction part 150 which refers to the accumulated peripheral environment information to predict the current uplink information of the own machine, for each radio communication method. Consequently, uplink information can be predicted without establishing a connection to a radio access infrastructure 300. As a result, the load on the radio access infrastructure 300 and the radio communication terminal 100 required for quality estimation in an uplink direction is prevented from being increased.
