GLASS SHEET HAVING SPACER, ASSEMBLY METHOD OF DOUBLE GLAZING WINDOW, AND DOUBLE GLAZING WINDOW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a glass sheet having a spacer, which eliminates a hole opening process for composing a double glazing window and improves design of the double glazing window; an assembly method of a double glazing window; and a double glazing window.;SOLUTION: Glass sheets 10 and 40 having a spacer are provided with a corner key 34 having a through-hole 34C for air release as a part of the spacer 20. As a result, when the glass sheet 10 having the spacer is press-fitted to a glass window 14 for attachment of the glass sheet 10 having the spacer to the glass window 14, air in the air layer is exhausted outside through the through-hole 34C. The increased pressure in the air layer due to the press-fitting can be thus reduced. The through-hole 34C of the corner key 34 is sealed with the body part 36A of a cap 36. The body part 36A is covered with the corner key 34 and not exposed from a double glazing window, so that the appearance or the design of the double glazing window is improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
