PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion type control system capable of reducing communication response time by independently performing communication between terminal communication means not depending on intermediation of upper communication means.;SOLUTION: Terminal communication means 120 includes terminal communication response control means 122, communication response control execution condition storage means 160, and communication response data storage means 161. The terminal communication response control means 122 transmits information stored in the communication response data storage means 161 to another terminal communication means 120 according to a condition stored in the communication response control execution condition storage means 160. The information in such storage means is set through a network by central communication means 110 and previously stored so that communication between terminal communication means 120 is performed independently of processing of a host computer 100, the central communication means 110, and the upper terminal communication means 120.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
