DEAERATOR AND METHOD FOR MEASURING WATER LEVEL OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deaerator that can stably measure a water level inside the balance pipe.;SOLUTION: The deaerator 1 includes: a body trunk 2 for bringing condensate 31 into contact with turbine extraction 32 thereinside for deaeration and storing the water as deaerated water 33 to form a liquid phase part; a condensate piping 3 for feeding the condensate 31 to the body trunk 2; a downcomer 7 for draining the deaerated water 33 from the body trunk 2; the balance pipe 10, one end of which is opened in the liquid phase part of the body trunk 2 and the other end of which is opened in a gas phase part of the body trunk 2, and which introduces the deaerated water 33 thereinside as balance pipe water 34 from the one end and introduces inside gas 41 thereinside as balance pipe gas 42 from the other end; a low temperature water feeding device 6 for introducing low temperature water 35 having a temperature lower than that of the deaerated water 33 inside the balance pipe 10, additionally as the balance pipe water 34; and a water level measuring device for measuring a water level of the balance pipe water 34 inside the balance pipe 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
