At night, the air in the ceiling space 4 is cooled by the air conditioner 5. Thereby, cold storage of the skeleton slab 11 is performed, and also the inside of the ceiling space 4 is dehumidified. In the daytime, the skeleton slab 11 subjected to the cold storage cools the ceiling material 2 by radiation and convection. Thereby, radiant cooling with respect to the inside of the room 3 is performed by the ceiling material 2, and also the moisture in the air in the room 3 permeates the ceiling material 2, is intruded into the ceiling space 4, and is absorbed by the moisture conditioning material 54.
