PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact ophthalmologic photographing apparatus having high image quality.SOLUTION: A fundus camera body 1 is attached to an attachable and detachable digital single-lens reflex camera 9. Imaging elements 9a for converting photographed optical images into electric signals are built in the camera 9, and a display 9c capable of displaying images is provided in the back face of the camera 9. A release switch 19 is pressed, a release signal is transmitted to the camera 9 from the fundus camera body 1, a photographing operation is performed, and fundus images during observation are displayed by using a live preview function using the display 9c of the camera 9.
