PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a patent power weighting exponent calculation device for evaluating the value of an enterprise holding a patent group by using the value (totaled value) of a patent whose causal relation with an economic activity can be specified, and for predicting the fluctuation of the stock price of the enterprise with high accuracy.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a patent power weighting exponent calculation device characterized to calculate an objective economical evaluation (totaled value) concerning a patent, and to tabulate it for every claimant who holds the patent, and to estimate the tabulated value as an enterprise value, and to classify respective enterprises listed in stock market into competing groups or groups whose technological fields are the same, and to calculate the rate of the totaled value of the enterprise to the totaled value of the whole group as a stock purchase exponent, and to output it to a stock purchase candidate or the like.
