PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy and efficiency of inspection for intermediate codes generated in development of a control program.;SOLUTION: A first program conversion part 12 converts a plant control program into intermediate codes, and also generates intermediate code auxiliary data that associates components on a plant control program (signal, logic operation symbol, and signal line) with the intermediate codes. A second program conversion part 14 converts the intermediate codes into executable codes. A code correspondence part 15 extracts information corresponding to a user's instruction from the intermediate code auxiliary data and provides the information to a diagram display control part 16 and an intermediate code display control part 18. The diagram display control part 16 controls display content of a POL diagram to be displayed on a display device on the basis of the information extracted by the code correspondence part 15. The intermediate code display control part 18 controls display content of intermediate codes to be displayed on a display device on the basis of the information extracted by the code correspondence part 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
