PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse bias processing apparatus which can perform, in the same manufacturing line, reverse bias processing on a plurality models of thin film photoelectric conversion modules respectively having widths, different from one another, of the photoelectric conversion cells in a serial connection direction.SOLUTION: A reverse bias processing apparatus which performs reverse bias processing on a thin film photoelectric conversion module having a string of a plurality of photoelectric conversion cells electrically connected in series with one another, in each of which a first electrode layer, a photoelectric conversion layer, and a second electrode layer are sequentially laminated on an insulation substrate, by applying a reverse bias between the neighboring photoelectric conversion cells in a first direction that is the serial connection direction. The reverse bias processing apparatus comprises a pair of terminal parts 20 including a terminal part capable of contacting one of the photoelectric conversion cells neighboring in the first direction with each other and a terminal part capable of contacting the other, a power supply part applying reverse bias voltage to between the pair of terminal parts 20, an electrical connection part electrically connecting the power supply part with the pair of terminal parts, and a distance adjustment part adjusting a distance in the first direction between the pair of terminals.
