PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to share a commodity inventory between a plurality of sellers and enable the sellers to perform useful commodity sales.;SOLUTION: A commodity basic information processing part 11 of a common inventory utilization server 1 transmits commodity basic information to a seller terminal device 4a. An inventory information processing part 12 transmits information about an inventory quantity and a price of a product which a store a holds along with an inventory quantity and a price of another store which holds the product, as commodity inventory information to the seller terminal device 4a. An inventory common utilization information processing part 13 receives information about another seller designated to utilize the product as own inventory among other sellers having an inventory of the product from the seller terminal device 4a and stores inventory common utilization information which regards the information about the other store as a utilizing store in an inventory common utilization information DB 23.
