PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource status notification system in which a data center providing computing resources is capable of making a notification of a status of computing resources used by a user for respective users, even when a request is not received from the user using the computer resources.;SOLUTION: User resource correspondence relationship storage means 71 retrieves identification information on a user corresponding to identification information on computing resources that is a transmission source of an event received by event reception means 73. User/monitoring device correspondence relationship storage means 72 retrieves identification information on a monitoring device corresponding to the retrieved identification information on a user.
