PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pump water while fluidizing contaminated matter which easily remains in an aquifer and suppressing dispersion thereof.;SOLUTION: By providing a plurality of water injection points adapted to water permeation property of the ground in an accumulated part of contaminated matter spread in a lower part of the aquifer and performing surface osmosis injection, the contaminated matter is lifted and fluidized to a pumping well. By replacing fresh water as a substance to be injected with a solution having specific gravity and viscosity according to the property of the contaminated water, movement of the contaminated water is facilitated. When a solution other than fresh water is injected, after cleaning, by injecting fresh water and performing dilution and replacement, the aquifer is recovered to a sound state. A barrier zone is provided to an upper part of the aquifer by surface osmosis injection of fresh water so that the contaminated matter lifted by the injection is not inadvertently dispersed to the aquifer and an unsaturated layer, and the contaminated matter is fluidized to the pumping well.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
