PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a log information management device of an image formation apparatus which is high in convenience, the image formation apparatus, a control method of the log information management device of the image formation apparatus, and a control program of the log information management device of the image formation device.SOLUTION: The log information management device acquires a card ID from an IC card (S3), and sets a remaining process flag for the IC card. The log information management device determines whether the remaining process flag is set for the IC card (S7) after the card IC card is acquired and before the remaining process flag is set. The log information management device makes the image formation device execute a job and makes a storage device store a history of the job based upon completion of the job. The log information management device writes the history of the job associated with the card ID to the IC card determined to have the remaining process flag set in the step (S7)(S10). The log information management device after writing the history of the job releases the remaining process flag (S15).
