PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided self-adhesive sheet excellent in all of swelling-preventive properties, curling-preventive properties, punching processability and irregularity followability.;SOLUTION: This double-sided self-adhesive sheet 10 is equipped with a first self-adhesive layer 11, a second self-adhesive layer 12 provided on one side 11a of the first self-adhesive layer 11, a third self-adhesive layer 13 provided on a surface 11b opposite to the second self-adhesive layer 12 side, in which the first self-adhesive layer 11 comprises an acrylic two-component crosslinkable self-adhesive (I) as the main component, the mass-average molecular weight of the acrylic two-component crosslinkable self-adhesive (I) is 150,000-800,000; the second self-adhesive layer 12 and the third self-adhesive layer 13 each comprises an acrylic two-component crosslinkable self-adhesive (II) as the main component, the mass-average molecular weight of the acrylic two-component crosslinkable self-adhesive (II) is 900,000-2,000,000, and the thickness of the second self-adhesive layer 12 is 5-50 μm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
