PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the availability and power generation efficiency of a power generation system in a local power system without causing a reverse power flow to an external power supply system.;SOLUTION: A method of controlling a local power system 1 having a power generation system 3 that has an evaporator 7 for evaporating a liquid working medium by means of a heat source to generate steam, a generator 8 for generating power by means of the steam generated in the evaporator 7 and a condenser 9 for condensing the steam used for power generation in the generator 8 to generate the liquid working medium supplied to the evaporator 7, and that returns the working medium from the evaporator 7 back to the evaporator 7 via the generator 8 and the condenser 9 in generating power in the generator 8 includes electrically connecting the generator 8 of the power generation system 3 to a power load 2 and to an external power supply system 4 via reverse power flow prevention means, and regulating generated energy supplied to the power load 2 in accordance with a load state of the power load 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
