DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR POWER-LEVELING CONTROL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a threshold value including a margin based on a probability in power leveling.;SOLUTION: A control device includes: storage means; ideal threshold calculating means; statistical distribution calculating means; normal distribution modeling means; and set threshold calculating means. The storage means, such as a database, stores power consumption data. The ideal threshold calculating means calculates the ideal threshold value allowing performing of a power leveling at every predetermined cycle based on the power consumption data. The statistical distribution calculating means calculates statistical distribution of the ideal threshold value within a certain period of time. The normal distribution modeling means models the statistical distribution of the ideal threshold value by means of the normal distribution. The set threshold value calculating means calculates a set threshold value of the leveling device for performing the power leveling in accordance with the predetermined probability based on the modeled normal distribution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
