PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key system for a rental house, capable of extremely easily and surely executing lockout when a lockout function is requested in a rental apartment house such as a rental condominium or a rental apartment.;SOLUTION: A rental house management system includes indoor terminals 10 which are disposed in respective rooms of the rental house and control a lock provided on an entrance door, and a rental house management device 50 to which the indoor terminals 10 are connected. The management device 50 is connected with a bank terminal 80 provided with an account to which the house rent of the respective rooms is to be transferred. When delinquent payment information of the house rent is acquired from the bank terminal 80, a lockout command signal is transmitted to the indoor terminal 10 of the room with delinquency, and the indoor terminal 10 receives the lockout command signal and locks out the lock provided on the entrance door.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
