PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system for hanging and stretching a net or sheet body, for hanging and stretching the net in a proper spread state with a simple structure.;SOLUTION: This hanging and stretching device for the net or sheet body includes: an elevating winch installed in a space part; a plurality of suspending ropes moving up and down by the elevating winch; and the net or sheet body connected to the suspending ropes. A laterally adjusting rope bridged in parallel with the net or sheet body and a laterally adjusting winch moving the laterally adjusting rope are provided on the upward side of the net and sheet body, and the laterally adjusting rope is installed with insertion bodies respectively inserted through the suspending ropes, and sliding the suspending ropes in a lateral direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
