PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an irradiation intensity of microbeam such as proton beam while performing irradiation.;SOLUTION: An energy application nozzle 100 includes: a lateral wall 106 forming a path 102 in an inside of the system; and a tip wall 108 arranged to close the path 102 at or in the vicinity of an end 104T of the path 102, which includes a scintillator for emitting scintillation light in accordance with transmission of a charged particle.
