PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the usage of a vehicle in a plurality of parking lots.;SOLUTION: A parking lot usage management system includes a data management apparatus 110 which manages data on parking lots 200 and data on a vehicle, and a usage control apparatus which controls the usage of the vehicle. The usage control apparatus includes a vehicle identification data acquisition section which acquires vehicle identification data, and a vehicle identification data transmission section which transmits the vehicle identification data to the data management apparatus 110. The data management apparatus 110 includes a vehicle identification data receiving section which receives vehicle identification data, and a vehicle data distribution section which distributes the data on the vehicle to the usage control apparatuses. The usage control apparatus further includes a vehicle data receiving section which receives the data on the vehicle, and a usage control section which permits the vehicle identified by the vehicle identification data to use the parking lot 200 when the vehicle identification data included in the data received by the vehicle data receiving section is coincident with the vehicle identification data acquired by the vehicle identification data acquisition section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
