PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance target value responsiveness in the case where a model error occurs between a model inside a feedforward controller mainly composed of an inverse model of a control target and an actual control target in a double-degree-of-freedom control system composed of the feedforward controller and a feedback controller.;SOLUTION: There are included a mechanism for adjusting a model inside a feedforward controller 3 in such a manner that a manipulated variable of a feedback controller 4 becomes about zero, and a mechanism for adjusting a disturbance or the like unrelated to the model inside the feedforward controller.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
