PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polybenzoxazine-modified bismaleimide resin excellent in heat resistance.;SOLUTION: The polybenzoxazine-modified bismaleimide resin is obtained by polymerizing a mixture containing a compound represented by a general formula (1) and a compound represented by a general formula (2) in a molar quantity 0.2-0.5 time that of the compound represented by the general formula (1). In the general formulae (1) and (2), X¹ and X² are each independently a 1C-10C alkylene group, a group represented by a general formula (3), a group represented by the formula: -SO₂- or -CO-, an oxygen atom or a single bond. In the general formula (3), Y is a 6C-30C hydrocarbon group having an aromatic ring, and n is an integer of ≥0.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
