REINFORCING MEMBER FOR THROUGH-HOLE OF STEEL BEAM AND THROUGH-HOLE REINFORCING STRUCTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing member for a through-hole of a steel beam capable of securing an efficient reinforcing effect and excellent welding workability same as before, while having versatility for the through-holes of various hole diameters to suppress the number of specifications, reduce cost, make it possible to discriminate the different specifications by visual observation, and improve reliability of assembly work as well, and the through-hole reinforcing structure.;SOLUTION: The reinforcing member 1 for the through-hole of the steel beam 3 is formed in a ring shape having an inner peripheral surface 1b for surrounding the through-hole 5 formed in a web 4 of the steel beam. An inner diameter d stipulated by the inner peripheral surface and the hole diameter dw of the through-hole satisfy a relation of ddw≥0.5d, and the reinforcing member is welded, joined and integrated to the web so as to reinforce a steel beam part around the through-hole. The inner diameter of the reinforcing member is set so that a welding margin, when welding and joining the peripheral edge of the inner peripheral surface to the web, is distant from a hole edge 5a of the through-hole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
