PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an intermediary device to securely find out entire remote management target devices on a local network.;SOLUTION: A remote management target device includes: first communication means for transmitting prescribed identification information to a management device and in response thereto, receiving an intermediary device address from the management device; second communication means for notifying the intermediary device about the information of the remote management target device, by using the intermediary device address received from the management device; and control means for allowing the first communication means and the second communication means to execute a series of communication processing at each initiation time. The management device includes: third communication means for receiving prescribed identification information from the remote management target device, and in response thereto, transmitting the intermediary device address to the remote management target device; and identification means for identifying the intermediary device address from the prescribed identification information received by the third communication means.
