PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample extract liquid that can simply and inexpensively minimize false positive reactions, which are not able to be minimized using conventional methods, relating to a virus measurement immunochromatographic reagent, which detects by the immunochromatographic method viruses in such samples as nasal cavity swabs, nasal aspirates, nasal blows, and pharyngeal swabs.;SOLUTION: The false positive reactions are solved by the sample extract liquid containing the false positive reaction inhibitor, which contains a component that controls the affinity between the anti-detection test substance antibody and the false positive reaction source component, which has the following properties 1) to 3): 1) is included in a sample derived from the nasopharynx, 2) is not the detection test substance, and 3) has affinity with the anti-detection test substance antibody.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
