PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for analyzing a superimposed mitigation signal with a high resolution using a low magnetic field and a small-sized apparatus for solving the problems that an analysis approach based on Fourier transform is used for analyzing the superimposed mitigation signal which is obtained by superimposing a plurality of mitigation signals, and a frequency resolution of Fourier transform is low so that an extremely strong magnetic field is required for separating the plurality of mitigation signals on a frequency axis, and an expensive apparatus with a strong magnetic field is required.;SOLUTION: A superimposed mitigation signal analysis apparatus includes storage means which stores time-series data Sn ((n) is an index of time-series data) of a superimposed mitigation signal obtained by superimposing a plurality of mitigation signals, and analysis means which analyzes the time-series data Sn of the superimposed mitigation signal read out of the storage means by using a formula Σm=1MamSn-m (M is a natural number equal to or more than 1) for linearly approximating a waveform of the time-series data Sn of the superimposed mitigation signal. A coefficient am included in the linear approximation formula is calculated using a time-dependent auto-correlation matrix.
