PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase deviation correction circuit, a phase variable amplifier circuit, a phase deviation correction method, and a phase adjustment method, capable of easily detecting a phase deviation in phase difference between an input signal and an output signal of a corrected circuit and a target phase difference, and easily correcting the phase deviation, for cancelling a noise wave in optimum manner.;SOLUTION: A composition part 17a combines an input signal with an output signal. A detection part 17b detects phase deviation based on the signal level of the composite signal. A level determination part 18a determines which is higher between the signal level of a current composite signal and the signal level of the composite signal at the time when a previous phase correction value is set. A phase variable part 18d, based on the relationship of signal levels of the composite signals, corrects phase deviation so that the signal level of the composite signal becomes a minimum value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
