PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method etc., that compare data among blocks together at a time, and performs data comparison fast without depending upon the amount of data.;SOLUTION: A data batch comparison processing method uses a memory cell array constituted by arraying memory cell pairs. In each of the memory cell pairs, one-bit memory cells each comprising a pair of inverters having respective outputs connected in a cross-couple connection manner to paths reaching a pair of respective bit lines arranged corresponding to columns of memory cells, a pair of switch parts provided between the bit lines and the outputs of the inverters, and one word line which controls continuity of the switch parts adjoin in an upper and a lower stage, and a mode control switch part and one mode control line which controls continuity of the mode control switch part are provided between data holding nodes of two adjoining memory cells. Data to be compared are written to the upper and lower stages of the memory cell pairs, and the mode control line is electrically connected; and nodes of the memory cell pairs are connected, and a power supply voltage is placed in a floating state to determine consistency of the data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
