PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comic-picture creation support apparatus, comic-picture creation support method and program in which a suitable effect line can be imparted in accordance with the action of a figure.;SOLUTION: A figure A is caused to take a pause raising both arms (first pause), and part moving distances and part moving directions of each of body parts in the first pause and each of body parts in a previous second pause are acquired. A ratio of a part moving distance M1 of a wrist N1 with the maximum part moving distance with respect to a lateral width L of a virtual screen 69 is larger than a predetermined value. Furthermore, ratios of a hand N2 and an elbow N3 adjacent to the wrist N1 with respect to the part moving distance M1 of the wrist N1 are larger than the predetermined value, respectively, and the hand N2 and the elbow N3 move cooperatively with the wrist N1. Therefore, an effect line imparting range K1 is set with the wrist N1, the hand N2 and the elbow N3 as criteria.
