Depending upon plural base stations method in order scheduling to do the transmission resource is offered vis-a-vis the mobile station which service is offered. According to the method of this invention, in order the scheduler which is centralized, to offer respectively the service of plural base stations, it is offered with the network node which functioning is done, in order to acquire priority to scheduling of the transmission resource to the mobile station according to the feedback information regarding the data which is received among plural base stations at least by the mobile station from two each one, functioning it does the scheduler which is centralized.
