PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly photograph a certificate and certainly read necessary information when the photographed certificate is transmitted as image data to a financing examination device of a money lender.;SOLUTION: A camera 10 for photographing a certificate has photographing frame display means 100 which displays on a finder 10a a photographing frame 110 matching with at least a part of a frame line among frame lines 50 for dividing respective descriptive items in a certificate such as an income certificate. A customer can certainly photograph image data including necessary information such as a name and an annual income by matching the photographing frame 110 displayed on the finder 10a with a predetermined frame line in the certificate. When the image data is transmitted to a financing examination device 20, the financing examination device 20 is certainly able to read the data necessary for financing examination.
