PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an intermittent stretchable sheet, reducing loss of an elastically stretchable sheet while employing a method for intermittently pasting the elastically stretchable sheet.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the intermittent stretchable sheet includes: a step of forming a displacement portion 71 by displacing a non-stretchable sheet 70 in either front or rear side at a predetermined interval in an MD direction while transporting the sheet 70; a step of disposing an elastically stretchable sheet 75 which is not elongated in the MD direction or elongated at an elongation rate lower than the final elongation rate so as to straddle over the displacement portion 71 in the MD direction on the surface opposite to the displacement side of the displacement portion 71 in the non-stretchable sheet 70, and fixing at least the upstream and downstream side end portions 76, 77 to the upstream and downstream side adjoining portions 72, 73 of the non-stretchable sheet 70 respectively; a step of spreading the distance between the upstream side adjoining portion 72 and the downstream side adjoining portion 73 while eliminating the displacement of the fixed portion of the elastically stretchable sheet 75 in the non-stretchable sheet 70, thereby expanding the elastically stretchable sheet 75; and a step of fixing a part 79 between the upstream side end portion 76 and the downstream side end portion 77 in the elastically stretchable sheet 75 to the non-stretchable sheet 70.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
