PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing 1,3-butadiene/1-butene copolymer which can effectively reduce manufacturing processes and to provide 1,3-butadiene/1-butene copolymer obtained from the same.;SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a 1,3-butadiene/1-butene copolymer is characterized in that a transition metal complex catalyst which has an M=Q combination (wherein M denotes a transition metal of a periodic table IV-VI group, and Q denotes an oxygen atom or a nitrogen atom), and has at least one sort of a ligand chosen from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, and an organic compound residue is used, thereby 1,3-butadiene and 1-butene copolymer is alternatively obtained from a not refined monomer mixed solution containing 1,3-butadiene and 1-butene.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
