PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus misidentification preventing tablet that allows proper operation of apparatuses without causing a human error, and to provide an apparatus misidentification preventing unit.;SOLUTION: An apparatus misidentification preventing tablet includes a combination of: an attachment mount 2 having a plurality of fixed pins 2a projecting from a base 2b; and a set of two operation cards, an A operation card 10 and a B operation card 20, having respective hooking holes 10a and 20a which are arranged line-symmetrically and through which the fixed pins 2a penetrate. The A operation card 10 and the B operation card 20 are overlaid and attached to the attachment mount 2. The attachment mount 2 is provided with a first movable pin 2c and a second movable pin 2d that penetrate the base 2b and are movable lengthwise. The B operation card 20 has a through hole 20d through which the second movable pin 2d penetrate. The A operation card 10 has a through hole 10c through which the first movable pin 2c penetrate. An apparatus misidentification preventing unit includes a combination of the apparatus misidentification preventing tablet and a plurality of contact points 30 at which movable parts 31a and 32a are brought into and out of contact with fixed parts 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
