PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat collector for installation on a wall surface in a lower part of a balcony, the collector which can be easily installed on a balcony of a condominium or the like and which shows good designing property, and to provide a solar heat utilization system using the collector.SOLUTION: The solar heat collector 9 for installation on a wall surface in a lower part of a balcony includes: a transparent layer 1; a heat collecting layer 3 disposed opposing to the transparent layer 1 via an air layer 2; a heat insulating layer 4 disposed in contact with the heat collecting layer 3; an outer casing 7 disposed to cover at least part of the surface of the heat insulating layer 4; a heat conductive layer 5 embedded in the heat collecting layer 3; and a single or a plurality of fluid flow passages 6 embedded in the heat collecting layer 3 in the opposite side to the air layer 2 with respect to the heat conductive layer 5. The solar heat utilization system includes: the solar heat collector 9 for installation on a wall face in a lower part of a balcony; and a hot water storage tank storing hot water heated by the heat collected by the solar heat collector 9 for installation on a wall face in a lower part of a balcony.
