PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoluminescent plate in which the light emission intensity distribution of thermoluminescent light is present in a visible light region not overlapping a peak of the light emission intensity due to heating, and which has a higher light emission intensity of thermoluminescence than the case where lithium triborate containing copper is used as a material; and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.;SOLUTION: The thermoluminescent plate includes a paper 103, and thermoluminescent phosphors 101 adhered on the surface 103a of and the rear surface 103b opposing to the surface of the paper through adhesive resins 104a and 104b, respectively. The thermoluminescent phosphor includes lithium heptaborate as a parent body, and copper as a luminescence center present in the parent body, wherein the light emission intensity distribution in wavelength of thermoluminescence is only one and unimodal, and is present in the visible light region of shorter wavelengths than 600 nm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
