PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic cassette which can prevent generation of a scratch on the surface of a radiation detector when a casing is attached/detached to/from an electronic cassette body or when the electronic cassette body is conveyed at a state that the casing is attached, of which the durability and the reliability to an image diagnostic property are high, and which is excellent also in user-friendliness and convenience of storage, etc., and the electronic cassette body to be incorporated into the electronic cassette.;SOLUTION: An electronic cassette 24 has: an electronic cassette body 30 which surrounds a radiation detector 44 which detects radiation X which has transmitted through a patient 14 to be converted into radiation image information; and a casing 32 into which the electronic cassette body 30 is inserted, in which the electronic cassette body 30 has a plurality of holes 68, 66 at an upper surface part and a lower surface part of it, respectively, and the casing 32 has a projected part 58 to be engaged into the holes 66 at its bottom surface part, and has a movable pawl 60 to be engaged into the holes 68 at a support part 57.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
