PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear power plant and a method of hydrogen injection to nuclear reactor water supply in which reduction of costs can be attained by decreasing the quantity of hydrogen to be used and the quantity of oxygen to be used by reducing the injection quantity of the excessive hydrogen without decreasing a dissolved hydrogen concentration.SOLUTION: A nuclear power plant 100 includes: a nuclear reactor 110; and a nuclear reactor water supply system (water supply path 134) for supplying water to the nuclear reactor. The nuclear power plant 100 further includes: a reservoir 142a that stores water; hydrogen supply means (hydrogen supply path 144) that supplies a hydrogen gas to the reservoir; hydrogen dissolving means (air bubble jetting device 146a and stirring device 148a) that is provided in the reservoir and dissolves the hydrogen gas in water to produce hydrogen dissolved water; and hydrogen dissolved water injection means (hydrogen dissolved water supply path 150) that supplies hydrogen dissolved water to the nuclear reactor water supply system.
