PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a crane jib.;SOLUTION: A crane jib manufacturing method for forming a long support 21 of a crane jib by the welding connection of a plurality of cross-sectionally quadrate body members 21a includes: a distribution step of placing a plurality of trestles 100 depending on lengths of the body members 21a by slide movement, mounting the body members 21a on the trestles 100; a step of abutting and tentatively welding end points of each body member 21a mounted to the trestles 100; a partial welding step of welding top surfaces of the abutted portions; and a welding step of sequentially welding other sides other than the abutted portions by wheeling the body member 21a through a support mechanism 200 mounted to a working floor G.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
