PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic resin composition which is not expensive compared with a silicone rubber sheet or gel, usable without necessitating a complicate processing and having excellent heat conductivity and electromagnetic wave absorbing property and provide a flexible resin sheet made of the composition.;SOLUTION: The acrylic resin composition contains a matrix composed of an acrylic copolymer having carboxy group as a functional group and a compound containing ≥2 glycidyl groups in one molecule and at least added with 100-1,500 pts.wt. of soft magnetic powder as a filler.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
