LAND PURIFICATION TRANSACTION EVALUATION SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a land purification transaction evaluation system, method and program to expedite purification of a contaminated land and to reduce a burden on a purification cost while enabling a landowner of a contaminated land site to keep on holding the land.;SOLUTION: A control section 21 of a transaction support server 20 acquires land information on an object transaction from a client terminal 10. The control section 21 also calculates a purification cost in accordance with a degree of contamination. Then, the control section 21 acquires information on tenure as well as a land use pattern and calculates an income from land lease based on the land use pattern as well as a necessary land use cost based on the land use pattern. Next, the control section 21 calculates: an amount of a government subsidy; insurance costs for the income from land lease as well as the purification cost; a total income including the income from land lease; and a total expenditure including the purification cost as well as land use cost.
