PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical retaining wall having excellent draining property and sufficient strength and constructible at low cost.;SOLUTION: The vertical retaining wall 1 is formed by stacking units having front faces formed of concrete plates 10 of porous concrete and bottom faces 22 and back faces 21 formed of wire mesh panels 20a, 20b, 20c.
