PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker with a communication function and a stirring device with the communication function capable of enlarging a detection range of information and accurately detecting the information from an object to be detected.;SOLUTION: The heating cooker with the communication function includes a heating cooker body 1 with a heating chamber 11, and a rotor 2 with an information detecting function that can be arranged at an arbitrary place in the heating chamber 11. The rotor 2 with the information detecting function includes IC tags 35, 35 with a sensor. The IC tags 35, 35 with the sensor include a temperature sensor and a transmitting part transmitting a temperature signal indicating a temperature detected by the temperature sensor without wires.
