PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output correction circuit of a magnetic sensor capable of correcting the output of a magnetic sensor by estimating a sensitivity and an offset value en bloc accurately and at high speed as compared with a conventional example, an output correction method of a magnetic sensor, and an azimuth angle measurement device.;SOLUTION: The output correction circuit of a magnetic sensor includes: a sensitivity/offset calculation unit for calculating the sensitivity and an offset value contained in measured magnetic data by solving a linear simultaneous equation obtained by substituting a plurality of magnetic data and tilt angles measured at different places to a first-order transformation formula which is obtained by coordinate-transforming a correction formula having the sensitivity and the offset value as variables and correcting magnetic data obtained by a tri-axial magnetic sensor so that the tilt angle formed with a plane face perpendicular to a gravity vector and a plane face formed with the x-axis direction and y-axis direction of the magnetic sensor becomes 0; and a sensitivity/offset correction unit for correcting the magnetic data, which the magnetic sensor measures, by the sensitivity and the offset value calculated by the sensitivity/offset calculation unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
