PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a charge quantity stored in a storage battery of an automobile by a specific value or more, when an automobile carrier arrives at an entering port place, while using the storage battery possessed by the automobile as a part of a storage battery of the automobile carrier, in the automobile carrier for loading and carrying the automobile having the storage battery.;SOLUTION: A power management device 15 issues a command to a charge-discharge control device 11 to charge or discharge a storage battery 1B for a ship arranged in the automobile carrier 1 and a storage battery 2B for an automobile possessed by the automobile 2 loaded on the automobile carrier 1, in response to a charge quantity monitored by the charge-discharge control device 11, a demand electric power quantity in the automobile carrier 1 monitored by a demand electric power quantity monitoring device 12, a power generation quantity in the automobile carrier 1 monitored by a power generation quantity monitoring device 13 and a residual sailing distance up to the entering port place calculated by a residual sailing distance calculating device 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
