The voltage dividing type bridgeless PFC circuit 1 has an output circuit configured by arranging a capacitor C1 that stores a power whose power factor is improved by the first power factor improvement circuit 2 and a capacitor C2 that stores a power whose power factor is improved by the second power factor improvement circuit 3 in series.
